On March 3, 2019, we opened the first doors of Glamping Situ Gunung. We laid our foundations in the embrace of Mount Pangrango
National Park—not to conquer the forest, but to learn to be still within it. We believe true rest begins when the noise of the
world slowly fades. Here, morning begins not with engines, but with dew dripping on taro leaves, mist creeping along the path,
and kingfishers waking the lake.
Glamping Situ Gunung was born from a simple longing: a place where humans can hear their own breath again, a space that doesn't
demand speed. We offer comfortable lodging that doesn't separate you from the land, the wind, and the light.
We chose this location as the intersection of serenity and adventure—a place where the body rests before a challenging trek,
and the mind clears before gazing upon the peaks. Here, you don't just sleep; you rest in the rhythm of the forest.
The night isn't completely dark; it's lit by stars, fireflies, and moonlight on Situ Gunung.
Before you trek, we provide space for mindful preparation—not just check-in, but a deliberate transition. We don't chase bad reviews;
we offer a place to rest. A pause that lets you step into the forest with a light step and a ready heart.
